A Long Winter
Winter is cold and sessions are short but you pretty much have the kite spots to yourself giving you plenty of room for pulling the trigger and working on your kite loops. This winter I was averaging 2-3 sessions a week in a real mixed bag of conditions from light wind sessions to riding on the cusp of a mushroom storm cloud. The average session would involve 35-45knots on the butter flat water throwing down big air and kite loops. Winter requires a new level of commitment to ride, but for the hardy rider the rewards are awesome.
