Summer Days

Summer has truly swept in pumped up the temps and the crowd factor. Weather conditions have been more or less epic from the beginning of January with very few windless days breaking the searing sun and summer trades.

Its fair to say that my local spot Woodies has the biggest crowd factor on it I have experienced. It has become a bit of a zoo however kiting alongside some very talented riders really has inspired my riding and taking it in some new directions.

Core Slider Jam 2010

The annual Core Slider Jam will be running at Woodmans point from the 25th January – 2nd February and for more info on the event check out the Face Book event page or Core Online Website. The pros are arriving thick and fast from all corners of the world and some of the big names include Arron Hadlow, Alex Pastor, Mike Blomvall, Tom Court, Sam Light, Andre Phillip? and last years winner Andy Yates.

This event has grown form strength to strength thanks to the Toby Bromwich and co at Core. It is a great event and definitely worth checking out even if you just want to chill on the beach and soak up the atmosphere.
